- Turned-around 35M business venture by developing technology and service solutions in order to improve the client facing value proposition.
- Built cloud based automated asset management software and deployed for companies like Staples, Panera Bread, Pella Windows & Doors etc.
- Built marketing and decor customization software for Coca-Cola and McDonald's raising store selected product revenues up to 40%
- Built international large format printing service bureau for Fortune 100 brands (Adidas, Coke etc.) with partners and offices in 9 countries
- Deployed first dedicated large format digital print production system, with the help of 3M labs in Europe
- Conceived and contract developed interface between corporate AS400 and Casio registers for several large clients in Holland
- Wrote loss analysis software and management plan to reduce 250K yearly asset losses
- Designed event planning software systems for Forte Group and Harvard law school and increased revenue by 20%+
